Terms of Trade

REPS Australia operates on a 'fair trade' basis - we supply a high quality product at a fair price, in return for which we expect payment to occur in a reasonable period of time:

  • If you do business with REPS Australia, you accept responsibility to pay all invoices by the date they fall due.
  • All prices quoted on this web site assume that an invoice is paid by its due date.
  • If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, REPS Australia may send you a reminder, and you may be asked to pay more than the original invoice price, because of the time & cost involved in seeking payment.
  • If an invoice then remains unpaid after a further, reasonable period, REPS Australia reserves the right to apply a 'loading' to any further invoices to you, and/or to terminate your rights of access to the REPS Australia system.
  • REPS Australia hopes that relationships with its customers will always be positive.  If you ever have any queries or concerns about our products, pricing or service, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your concerns.

 

Fees

Each document available from REPS Australia attracts a fee.  There is a basic price per document, and then discounts can apply (for example, if your employer association, franchise group, industrial advisor or supplier ('associated organisation' ****) has negotiated a special rate on your behalf).

 

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT PREMIUM
Property Sales, Property Management & Community/Strata Title Management in Queensland
This price also covers the administration fee for registering the agreement with QPIR

  • If paid for within 15 days, $180.91 plus $18.09 GST (= $199)
  • If paid for after 15 days, up to 22 days, $199 plus $19.9 GST (= $218.9)
  • If paid for after 22 days, up to 30 days, $217.09 plus $21.71 GST (= $238.8)
  • If paid for after 30 days, up to 45 days, $253.27 plus $25.33 GST (= $278.6)
  • If paid for beyond 45 days, as per 45 days, plus debt recovery expenses

 

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT PREMIUM
Other than above

  • If paid for within 15 days, $90 plus $9 GST (= $99)
  • If paid for after 15 days, up to 22 days, $99 plus $9.9 GST (= $108.9)
  • If paid for after 22 days, up to 30 days, $108 plus $10.8 GST (= $118.8)
  • If paid for after 30 days, up to 45 days, $126 plus $12.6 GST (= $138.6)
  • If paid for beyond 45 days, as per 45 days, plus debt recovery expenses

 

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BASIC
Property Sales, Property Management & Community/Strata Title Management in Queensland

  • If paid for within 15 days, $171.82 plus $17.18 GST (= $189)
  • If paid for after 15 days, up to 22 days, $189 plus $18.9 GST (= $207.9)
  • If paid for after 22 days, up to 30 days, $206.18 plus $20.62 GST (= $226.8)
  • If paid for after 30 days, up to 45 days, $240.55 plus $24.05 GST (= $264.6)
  • If paid for beyond 45 days, as per 45 days, plus debt recovery expenses

 

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BASIC
Other than above

  • If paid for within 15 days, $68.18 plus $6.82 GST (= $75)
  • If paid for after 15 days, up to 22 days, $75 plus $7.5 GST (= $82.5)
  • If paid for after 22 days, up to 30 days, $81.82 plus $8.18 GST (= $90)
  • If paid for after 30 days, up to 45 days, $95.45 plus $9.55 GST (= $105)
  • If paid for beyond 45 days, as per 45 days, plus debt recovery expenses

 

CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

  • If paid for within 15 days, $180.91 plus $18.09 GST (= $199)
  • If paid for after 15 days, up to 22 days, $199 plus $19.9 GST (= $218.9)
  • If paid for after 22 days, up to 30 days, $217.09 plus $21.71 GST (= $238.8)
  • If paid for after 30 days, up to 45 days, $253.27 plus $25.33 GST (= $278.6)
  • If paid for beyond 45 days, as per 45 days, plus debt recovery expenses

 

**** If your associated organisation (e.g. franchise or industry group) hasn't negotiated a special rate with REPS Australia, perhaps you could contact them and ask "why not?". ****

 

Sample Agreements

Sample documents are free, but may only be used for the purpose of developing Documents by REPSA and/or determining the suitability of Documents by REPSA for use in your business.
